- This is a business, school or hospital
- Flat or low slope roof
- Asphalt roof or pitch roof
- Single ply roof
- TPO/EPAM/PVC roof
- Roll roof or modified roof
- Metal roof that is not a home or condominium
The roof type is residential, if any of the following are true:
- This is a home or residence
- Shingle roof
- Slate roof
- Copper roof
- Wood shake roof
- Metal shingle roof
- Any metal roof on a home or residence
